You can pick up your items within 5 days from the auction end
date. Our store is located

You will need two things: The QR code provided in your emailed
invoice and a scheduled appointment.
Your QR code is included in the emailed invoice after every
auction. You can also access your QR code on website by going to https://tswbid.com/dashboard.
QR codes are used for checking in at the pick-up location and for verifying your order at the time of pickup.
You have 5 calendar days from the auction end date to pick up your items, including weekends. For example, if the auction ends on
Monday, you must pick up by Saturday. Please note that paying for your items later does not extend the pickup window.
Yes, Sunday is included in the 5-day pickup policy.
No, our system requires overnight processing; same-day pickups are not allowed.
We kindly ask that all customers take any cardboard or packaging materials with them, as we’re unable to accommodate disposing of
these items on-site.
Appointments may be canceled for unpaid invoices, no invoice, duplicate bookings, or incorrect account info. Please put the correct username, which can be found on the top right-hand corner next to 'Hello' on the website, or on the left-hand corner after 'Hello' on the app, or on the account summary page. Follow all instructions when scheduling.
If you're unable to pick up an item, a family member or friend can do so on your behalf. Please ensure the appointment is made under your name and that they have a screenshot of your QR code. Alternatively, you can email our customer support to request an extension for a few extra days. However, due to limited space, we cannot hold items for an extended period.
