The dark olive green color mesh offers excellent visibility and protection from mosquitoes and other biting insects. The fine mesh also offers great breathability. The head net fits comfortably over most head wear, but can also be worn without headwear. It features an elastic cord around the neck to keep insects out. The included treatment kit can be used to apply permethrin insect repellent (permethrin sold separately) to the net for added protection from mosquitoes and biting insects. When treated with permethrin, the net repels and kills mosquitos, ticks, and 55 other insects for 6 weeks or 42 days of UV exposure.
